The Information Technology/Communications Systems Department
coordinates the internet services through vendors, administers the
city's network system, maintains the city servers; maintains
individual PC computers; manages and maintains vendor support
for automated telephone systems; manages and maintains FCC radio
licenses and all software licenses; coordinates training for personnel
in reference to information technology; specific software programs and
various communication systems; assists departments with maintaining
base and mobile radios; and provides support and assistance in the
development of GIS capabilities in the Planning, Engineering, and
Environmental Services Departments.
