The City of Eden Police Department is comprised
of forty-six (46) sworn officers. These officers are supported
by seven (6) full-time communications officers and one (1) part-time
communications officer. We employ one (1) records clerk, (1) one
administrative secretary and one (1) detective secretary. We
also employ one (1) full-time humane officer and one (1) part-time
humane officer.
We are committed to provide the citizens of Eden
the best police service possible. We accomplish this by
continuously encouraging the officers to upgrade their skills on a
regular basis. Along with an excellent patrol division, we
provide a highly trained and experienced investigations unit which
includes narcotics investigations.

K-9 Division
The Eden Police Department has two well trained
K-9s which can locate evidence, detect illegal drugs, track
suspects, find lost people and protect their handlers. Our
prime prevention efforts include Community Watch and a
DARE Program.
