Permit Fee for Small Job – Minimum $20.00 – Maximum $25.00

Permit Fee for Medium Job – Minimum $25.00 – Maximum $75.00

Permit Fee for Large Job – Minimum $75.00 – Maximum $400.00

Job Size (sq. ft.) Small Job 0-25; Medium Job 26-100; Large Job 100+

Square Foot Charge – Small Job $1.00; Medium Job $0.75; Large Job $0.50

Permit Length for Street and Sidewalk Cuts are 10 days (unless otherwise allowed by the Director of Public Works or designee).

Penalties

Repairs - $20.00 per day

Re-inspections - $20.00 per inspection.

Failure to Obtain Permit - $50.00 per violation
